Going Camping Like It’s 1945

I'm planning on going to a WWII-inspired camping retreat for three days pretty soon with a reenacting group I'm friends with. We'll basically be living off the land. I'll be the "camp herbalist" and will be doing a lot of wild harvesting, as well as making lots of soups and teas for the group.

The only problem is, it's January, and it's supposed to be between 30 and 40 degrees out with not much vegetation available. I'll bring some potted sorrel and lots of dried herbs, but I'm thinking…
