Started collecting in 2023,while still working.I got a letter stating they miscalculated,even though I gave the accurate records.They stopped payments until it was repaid.
I guess they changed policy because it caught a lot of people off guard.They switched to withholding 10% of the month payment until it was met.
Just read Trump is trying to reverse it,starting the 27th of March,back to 100% until paid.
If I understand it,it will only be for new letters for overpayments after the 27Th…
