Owning a house can suck

As nice as it can be to own and not rent, it can suck. There are obvious advantages, you can paint a room if you want. You can renovate, you can change what you want, the list goes on.

However, it can also suck. Something breaks, there is no landlord to call to fix it. The laundry vent needs work, guess who is paying for it to be fixed or spending the time on it? You are.

The toilet starts leaking, guess whos job it is.
