Is it possible to take down the Internet
It's been more than a few years since I was in school but the basics of the internet suggest that it is almost impossible to take down the internet short of an EMP. I would be interested in the opinions of those of you that are smarter than I am about if the internet could be taken offline without creating serious damage to the structure itself?
