Hello there. I found this little dual band radio: QYT KT-8900 25W Mini Car Mobile Radio Dual Band 136-174&400-480MHz 2 Way Radio

I am new to HAM, and I would like to know from the experts if this little fellow could be a good purchase to get my feet wet.
VHF/UHF, 200 channels.
