Do you taste tin in canned goods?

I do on occasion, seems to be more prevalent in some things more than others. A can of chili I opened a few months ago was pretty bad, was still in date but left a bad metallic taste in my mouth, another was a can of corn I opened last week was also still in date but towards the end, also noticed it on canned salmon

never tasted it in tuna or spam and am curious if some foods are more prone to it than others
