I've been reading messages on the Facebook "Airplanes and Coffee" group and ran across these items today. If you want a taste of what a SHTF event can look like, look at the desperation in these posts.
The first one shows them running out of food and with a 4-year-old. The second one shows a cancer patient with 24 hours left before possible life-threatening event.
