What are capabilities of Mexican cartels?
It sounds like Mexico (maybe) and US are going to go after the cartels. Obviously they are a ruthless killing organization. But what are their capabilities as far as terrorism? Or who can they align with for terrorist purposes? I am thinking along the lines of power grid physical sabotage or sabotaging water supplies or other large scale calamities. I don't gather that they are very strong from an electronic warfare or cyber warfare standpoint. If the cartels want revenge, how do you think…
