.44 Mountain Gun MODs
I'm waiting on a new to me .44 S&W 629-6 Mountain Gun. Why? I have no revolvers and always wanted one. I have a gunsmith manual, looked it over and watched a couple of vids on disassembly/ reassembly- lubing and have the concept down now. Im replacing the stock grips with Hogue Cocobolo cross-hatched grips, Hogue short cylinder lever, Wilson Combat 14# spring group and polishing the internals with Mothers. Anything else i should consider for this gun? Looking at a Galco Alaskan chest…
