Hello this is my first post so please be gentle. I'm wondering what would have more stopping power at 25 yards a 5.56×45 out of a 14.5" barrel or a 10mm out of a glock. I've seen some ballistics gel tests where it appears that 10mm dumps more energy on target and am wondering if that would equate to real word situations.
