Unconventiona/uncommon skills to practice

1) Ambidexterity
I think this is a very useful skill to practice. Not to the proficiency that one could say, use chop stix with either hand. I try to practice firearms use (Shooting, racking the slide, loading mags/cylinders) with my off hand. Start your training by cutting a steak and eating a meal with the 'other side'.
