Quick freeze dry question…..ground meats
It's early and I have not had too much coffee yet so……those who have a freeze dryer…do you do ground meat/chicken? I'm old and my hands get tired so I was thinking ( always dangerous) that if I have the meat ground then I could toss it in a freeze dryer then have ready to go meat. The idea of cutting up the meat makes my hands hurt at the thought. Where this is going is dog chows. I just spent a lot of time and energy on canning chicken for the hounds.
