This is from an article in the New York Times…

I had a scammer leave me a voicemail message yesterday.

The message played soft music for a few seconds, then a voice saying this call is about authorization of a $1,499 purchase of a MacBook Pro on Amazon.

If you do not authorize this purchase, please press 0 to speak to a representative.

It's clear they want to scare you into talking to some crook on their end.

Have (3) gas generators with 60 gallons of gas that will get me thru 10-14 days.

All these hurricanes got me thinking, in addition to adding another 60 gallons of gas, I’d like a solar charger to charge power tool batteries and phones.

Anyone have a recommendation? Will only use in a major emergency and because of that, I don’t really want battery storage. Thanks

I will be living in a travel trailer for the next 2.5 years and am exploring cheapest ways to keep the trailer comfy in the cold and damp of late fall, all winter and early spring (live in the PNW). I will be putting electric heating in the floor, but I would like a supplementary form of heating that is cheaper to operate. Propane vs kerosene

Big move late last week, esp. in silver. Gold at all-time highs. Pundits everywhere predicting $50, $100, $300 silver, $3000, $5000, $50,000 gold. Pick your poison.

Suppose you have a reasonable stack and your PMs go to the moon. What do you do then?

The value of PMs is usually evaluated in terms of dollars, or IOW, fiat currency.

So if your PMs go to the moon, what do you do? Redeem at least part of it and convert it to fiat? But if you do, then what?

So what if Gold/Silver go to the moon?

The title says it all?

Personally I wear cargo pants and flannel.

I never had a problem.

There's a lot of hunters that swear by camo, and there's some that swear you don't need it.

What are your thoughts?
