Silly Me, Foolish Me Writing this to kick me into Gear

So what am I realizing? I'm realizing that I'm having heart issues whereby if I don't get my exercising in gear, stop getting sick (Roomie brings it home from work and then I catch it), then I'm going to not need preps anymore because I can't take it with me. I had numbing on my left side. The chiropractor has been helping here, but I still need to just move.

My original plan was to get my rooms sorted, and then start my private schooling for 1 and stick to the exercise routine in there…
