What is the optimal container size to avoid transplant shock?

For the record I'll be planning in my 1.2 acre food forest in the spring. Since I live here in Florida I am going to start plants from seeds / small cuttings that consist of pigeon peas, lentils, everglades tomatoes, moringa, chaya, hibiscus, sunflowers.

All in all about 300 plants in this selection.

please do not panic over financial collapse

I'm not sure if it was here or elsewhere, but i see people talking about maxing out their credit cards.

If you're thinking of doing this… stop it.

It is unlikely to happen any time soon due to the many and various tools the US Gov/FedResBank have at their disposal to prevent the collapse. If it does happen in the next decade, it was because TPTB wanted it to happen.

Do not make bad financial decisions because you think the end is near. The end has been near for a long time!

I live in Southern Illnois. Half inch ice with 3 inches of sleet and snow on top on the way. It is a zoo

It is due to begin late Saturday night. Loss of power expected and wind chill below zero for a week. Cool part is, we prep. We didn't have much to do and we are still 2 days out. Wood ready. Ran gennys and all good. Gas already on stand by. Propane filled.

Anyone live in the path of this storm?
