On the night of April 14, 1912 here is what the First Class diners dined on. Along with a description and some thoughts of mine on each.

They certainly didn't worry about such nonsense as calories, carbs, and cholesterol!

Here were your choices for each course.

Remember—each course or dish was also served with it's own distinctive wine.

First course
"Canapes a la Admiral"—basically horderves of shrimp and caviar

"Oysters a la Russe"—raw oysters garnished with tomatoes…

Dog Brag

Just have to brag on my LGD. This one is my old girl…..the house guard. Last night, when she went out, she went to the far side of the yard, near the pasture and had a fit. Not her normal behavior or place she goes. Okay..dog has lost her mind but that is fine. I also have a balcony off my room so I called her in and all was well. Camp Horror Stories.

I've been trying to find a thread discussing this, but haven't been able to, which is a shame because I feel its such an important part of the camping experience.

I like to listen to creepy pasta horror stories when I camp. I download them on my phone and listen by myself or with my friends if they come. Me and my friends always make up hypotheticals when we're in a shady or creepy place, for example, we'll be making camp, and while its dark and we are eating dinner, one of my friends…
