What defines Processed Food ?
What is considered "Processed Food":
- Poptarts (obvious)
- TV Dinners
- Meals in a box
- Package of Ramen Noodles
- Canned fruits
- Canned Soup
- Frozen Vegetables
- Bakery Goods
Is it the amount of preservatives, additives(chemicals), or number of ingredients?
Cutting up a Deer is called "Processing" I\
It is not what I'd consider Processed.
